Why a Speeches Page
A talk is a different shape of writing. It is meant to be heard once, in a room, by people who cannot scroll back. That forces a discipline the page does not — clearer arcs, fewer hedges, a single thing worth saying.
This page is the archive. Every speech I have given that I think still holds up lives here, in the form it was actually delivered. New ones get added as they happen.
